Red Clover to replace Whole School Assembly this week

We will not be having our Whole School Assembly this Wednesday morning, Nov. 30.  Instead, we will be taking an hour out of the day to read the books that are nominated for the Red Clover Award.   Our students travel to classrooms in mixed age groups, ranging from Kindergarten to 5th grade. The books are read to the students and they then participate in an activity related to the book. Watching them work together during these sessions is always heartwarming. Every year, EES students vote for their choice for the Red Clover Award.  The selection process involves student voice from all over the state as schools send in their votes for their favorite book.
