Fifth graders in Ms. Bonanni and Mr. Gillard's classes walked to Salmon Hole on the Winooski River. They saw some cool geological features, such as gigantic worm burrows, and had to think like geologists to hypothesize how the rock around them was formed and what happened to make it look the way it does today.
