Pizza Math in Third Grade!

Third graders visited Folino's for a yummy lunch and some math work!

 Folino's Wood Fired Pizza (Burlington location) welcomed Mrs. Flaherty/Goldsmith and Mrs. FitzPatrick's third grade classes to their restaurant on Tuesday.

 The restaurant offers math centered field trips at their Burlington location and donates all money collected to schools in Uganda.

Students thoughts about the various ways in which a restaurant uses math every day and solved six problems that include some of this math.

All students were entered into a drawing for a $25 Folino's gift card. One lucky winner walked away with it!
