Building Gingerbread Houses in Kindergarten

Kindergarten students in Mrs. Kilburn's class built gingerbread houses!! 

Last week, in art class, students practiced identifying the parts of a building, and drew their homes. This helped them get ready for talking about the parts of the houses they would build with gingerbread and candies.

The houses were built around milk cartons to support the structure.
