Geology Field Trips in Fifth Grade

Fifth grade students have been learning about the earth by going on several outdoor field trips.


 They have seen thrust faults up close, fossils from 450 million years ago, and they have been thinking like geologist to read clues about the earth and make inferences as to how it has changed overtime.
